As you can gather from this week's title, we have experienced much difficulty through physical and spiritual trials. It hasn't been life-threatening things, but because we are in third world country, in a rather remote area, even slightest threat to health is magnified. Thanks be to God, everyone is doing well today. I truly praise Him for His mercy and grace, after a difficult week.

As we were facing these trials, we were reminded that it could be the enemy, launching an attack, because of the work that has been done for the cause of Christ. However, it could also be God, teaching us reliance on Him and Him alone, as our faith was tested. Either way, we recognize God's supremacy and sovereignty through each storm.

Although times were tough this week, there were also many blessings in ministry. We had some difficult experiences this week. We visited the village of Tuba. This area had hard ground and hard hearts. Some members of our team walked more than 7 miles in the African sunshine, each day. We covered multiple homes, and even a marketplace, with the Gospel - preaching and sharing the Good News! Many people heard the message, but either had no desire to change or were non-receptive. Yet, others heard and were visibly moved or convicted by the Holy Spirit and the message we shared. We pray God opens their eyes and hearts, through repentance.

Each of the kids have their stories, that they are excited to share, although some will be difficult to convey, unless you were here to see it. We pray, each of you will read and listen with open eyes, ears, and hearts, so that you can experience the joys, sorrows, and overwhelming love of God, these stories will contain.

| Some of the softer hearts I encountered this week |
I've watched these kids grow so much over the past couple of weeks, and we still have over three more to go. I am so excited to see how God will continue to work through these kids, and in them as well.

Our team has experienced people and places, very few their age, have ever or will ever see. Beginning today, I would like to include a feature of one of our kids, so they personally contribute to our blog.
This week, Zachary Cullison, the baby of the team, will contribute some of his thoughts and experiences about our journey so far.
Here are a few of his thoughts...
"Where do I begin? This week was my first week evangelizing by myself and it was quite the experience. Many of the people I talked to were very welcoming and nice. One person called me a pastor because I had my Bible out. Another man believed in Heaven, but didn't know what Hell was. Those are some highlights of the week, but the main one, was that someone I talked to actually came to church and had a testimony about how I came to the house. She gave me mangos, corn, and peanuts (to show her gratitude) After church she gave me a note with a prayer request. It really motivated to do more for God and I can't wait for this upcoming week." ~ Zachary Cullison
Please continue praying for the team, and for the upcoming place we visit in Kidera. You remain in our thoughts and prayers as well. Much love from all of us here in Uganda!
"For He has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son He loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins." ~ Colossians 1:13-14
